Tony Mowbray

There are of course better coaches out there than Mowbray but character fit the right experience all add to the mix. We need not gamble too big if we make a change.
Agreed there. I wouldn’t take a total punt by any means but by the same token I don’t think there is guaranteed progression to the next level under Mowbray when you look at his record. As great as he has been this year it’s not a given he can improve us again.

They must be very confident in the replacement to let a safe pair of hands like Mowbray walk given what he's done.

I wonder if they're going full cultural shift, and want to build it from the ground up with a Jones or Potter type? Or possibly Lamouchi. I'd hate to see them bring in a recycled old boy though, don't want someone who reduces us down to just results. Its been a good watch under Mogga.

Forever grateful for this season but I think he has overachieved, I don’t see him repeating this next season and you only need to look at our winter wobble to see how much this apparent loyalty to Mowbray from fans actually means..

It's all speculative no one has a clue
Whilst we don't know exactly what's going wrong, clearly the manager thinks something is happening.

He's dropping very heavy hints to the press, completely unprompted, that he thinks he will be shifted on.

If he was shifted I'd be seriously concerned if it was this fella that Romano reported as being out target. The one managing in Turkey. That's taken a top 5 team to below mid table.
