If the remit is to have a younger coach to grow with the club then yeah we won’t appoint him. If there’s no alternative or he’s the best man and the club decide to do it then so be it. What I’m saying is if the club are as rigid as their transfer policy as in not paying a fee for anyone 25+ then they won’t appointment someone who is nearly 60.

For some reason your bring Klopp into it, which has nothing to do with SAFC or Mowbray.

I can’t see it happening given his age. However if they club see it differently or something short term then that is fair enough. I’m not saying it definitely won’t happen, but I can see it being a factor in their decision making process.

The only remit from the club is that they suit the set up we have. I've never heard them mention age as part of that.

As for not paying for players 25+ where has that come from?

I sent a message to a family member of Jose Bordalas last night. Just explaining our situation and mentioning we might be looking for a young foreign coach. Heard nothing back so might not be interested but was worth a try.
 
Nick Barnes was obviously tipped off it would be Mowbray before Saturdays game by somebody.

I'd be amazed if it was anybody else at this point. The bloke was literally sitting behind KLD at games :lol:

He was there at our first game though. Im hoping they have all jumped thw gun because he was there saturday
