With Parky we were in L1 and expectations were relatively low to the quality of managers we could attract. The fact we got Alex Neil was unexpected and I think most would agree he was a step above where we were at.

Now though, the expectation is we could attract a much better calibre of manager. Perhaps Dyche has one eye on being the next England manager if we flunk out of the World Cup in a couple months time?

Me neither, don't want him here either. So all that's left to do is get behind the lads on the pitch as we have a good set of players who are leaving everything on the pitch

Mark Venus, isn't going to be his number 2. Oh dear. It will probably be liabolous if I mention it here but I know a little about his private life in his wolves days.

I remember when he was at WBA, he was absolutely insistent on playing attacking and open football, often to a fault when in the PL.

I didn't see his Blackburn team much, but what I do know is that attacking players (Dack, Armstrong, Brereton, Elliott etc.) all thrived under him.

It might look a bit of a meh appointment, but I don't think he'll set up much differently to Neil

Saw on twitter he worked at Blackburn with Harvey and was happy to give younger players game time (including the young cb we are trying to get from Brighton). Maybe that's why we've gone for him.

Well, you certainly make a handsome couple. Several in fact. You look slightly different in some of the photos, although I did note that somewhat unusually your wedding did seem to take place at several venues simultaneously. It must have been incredibly expensive.
