Tony Mowbray Rumour

He’s a manager who was doing well with a young Blackburn team, and that’s what we have.

Plays decent football too apparently, I’ll be more than happy with him till end of season.
I don't think he is know for decent football. His teams are usually built around a cautious pass it backwards mentality.

"Blackburn missed out on promotion to the Premier League and the Championship play-offs by finishing in eighth place following a promising start to the season after winning only five of their last 20 matches."

Sound like most of our seasons

I was sick at the though of this appointment this morning, but to be honest we aren't going to get any better so I just want it sorted as soon as

I do wonder who people realistically think we coujd get.
The ex manager has left us in the shit
As newly promoted club with fairly young side this is very solid appointment in circumstances
Knows the league, worked on a budget b4 and will do solid job
Big risk employing up and coming coach
His CV is no better or worse than Neil

Wrong attitude
Smoggy wanker

He's shit man, idiot
I think you dint like him just out of interest who would be your vlcertaimty for progress ?
Née need to hoy insults cos someone has a different opinion mind

This is what happens - the club grinds you down and you accept medicority as a blessing.

You telling me there's only Tony Mowbray in the whole world?
Na mate, I'm saying if it is him I'm not going to cry into my cornflakes, and choose to get behind the team. That's what I mean by what's the alternative, like what else do you propose than getting behind the team? Get the bedsheets out for a bouycoutt?

If he's been brought in to keep us up, i am all for it. Long term think i would rather take up crocheting classes on a Saturday the git big beecky nosed boring fucker

This was his last season of 5 at that level. 69 points in total.
To me mid table would be a good finish having come up via the play offs. Just doesn't scream long term approach to me

Me neither. I think he is a steady the ship kind of appointment. Help produce the youth and build a squad and then I think when the time is right for us we would hire someone to push on.

Last week as I sat celebrating an away win at Stoke I thought to myself “enjoy it while you can, this time next week we might have replaced Alex Neil with Tony Mowbray”
