What if he's refused to sign a new deal though. He'd leave next summer for minimal compensation
 
The club turned down a deal worth 12 million quid which I personally feel was a fantastic deal for a lad who has made 10 first team appearances in his whole career. So assuming the deal has been upped, or the swap player included, then the club have done exceptionally well here to get as much out of the deal as possible. He wouldn't have ousted Mundle out of the team this season.

Spoke to one of Watson's best mates yesterday he plays for safc under 21s btw and is in a relationship with a family member of mine.

Told me that Tommy wants the move. He also told me how much Tommy will make from it and it's a massive amount.

Rather see us loan talent from other clubs who will push us to the Premier League than building a top end Championship team then having the problem of having to get shot of most of it when we go up anyway unless we're planning to come straight back down.

Mepham can't get into a mid table Premier League table just sums up the gulf between the leagues considering he's our best defender by a mile imo.

Has he been offered a deal before SAFC and BHAFC have agreed a fee?
