Met him a few times in the Isis and had some goods crack with him about SAFC, he came across as a very likeable, knowledgeable and honest fella RIP.

Was also canny when Dave had the Stackyard and had a lock in too, after drinking from about 6am on the way down.
Ripon was good, but that one pub in Halifax with the karaoke used to look after us.

Think of us lads from ashington. We used to clear the bus rubbish in plastic bags so the driver would save his time and would drive us back home in his car.
