Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


In the interests of balance, we should allow the club the opportunity to put out a statement saying they’ve had no formal complaints and lots of people are very happy with their tickets.

Two sides to every story
They will have got loads of questions and emails as they have told us we will receive a digital ticket via email. Surely a quick tweet or email would not be too difficult. Its bizarrely amateurish.
 
Thanks mate. Bizarre how they gets things wrong time after time. Its not too difficult but they will be inundated by people saying where is my digital ticket as it states on the email. Piss and brewery land these lot.
I'm one for safety. Take your SC and your e-ticket.
 
Right then, how do i add the ticket to my google wallet? 😬

I click on the save to phone tab and it comes up with "something went wrong please try again" !!??
there should be an apple wallet link and google wallet link. normally click the relevant one and it should download automatically. make sure you have google wallet installed on your phone.
I got an error but I didn't have Google wallet on my phone. I had to download it from the play store.

Yes but the issue is they haven't sent an e-ticket. I just got a confirmation email saying they would send a e-ticket. That is the same for my two pals who I sit with. I have no doubt the SC will work but as hard as try I can't see anything from the club saying that is how it will work.
 
IF you are using GMAIL email account, then .... god luck, as you wont get an email so will need to update this if you can log into your account (if you bought a ticket over the past 3 days you should be able to do so)
Thankfully my gmail has worked fine over the years though I know it's been a problem for many.

I've always used [email protected] instead of [email protected] that it was originally though I doubt that's the problem

Bit confused. I paid for my usual seat on Tuesday. They took the money etc. I didn't get an email confimation but have requested the email. That has now arrived and says I will get a digital ticket on a separate email. Now digital ticket has arrived and that is the same for two people I sit with. I have checked spam etc. Are we actually just supposed to use our season card? I have emailed the club but don't expect a response any time soon. Any ideas?

IF you are a CURRENT STH, sitting in ANOTHER seat, you SHOULD receive email with DIGITIAL TICKET

IF you purchase within GENERAL SALE, you SHOULD receive email with DIGITIAL TICKET

IF you are using GMAIL email account, then .... good luck, as you may not get an email so will need to update this if you can log into your account (if you bought a ticket over the past 3 days you should be able to do so)

Your e-mail confirmation states it is on your season card. If you bought you season ticket seat that is.
 
I spoke to Chris Waters, SLO - club are still aware there are issues with GMAIL and will put something out AFTER the PlayOffs, whether that is next week, or next month that remains to be seen, or obvious reasons

To add to this, the digital tickets come through fine on gmail, but they will go to your junk folder.

If you are expecting a digital ticket make sure you add [email protected] to your contacts.

I get it mate but it clearly states a digital ticket will be sent despite me buying my st seat. There is a line saying add to season card which shows as £0:00. It's clear as mud.
