Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I was checking it from 10am on the off chance it was queueing, you could access the ticket website at any time.

When you tried to access it after 11.20 the traffic was increased so ticketmaster started the queueing system to avoid it crashing.
 
Bit confused. I paid for my usual seat on Tuesday. They took the money etc. I didn't get an email confimation but have requested the email. That has now arrived and says I will get a digital ticket on a separate email. Now digital ticket has arrived and that is the same for two people I sit with. I have checked spam etc. Are we actually just supposed to use our season card? I have emailed the club but don't expect a response any time soon. Any ideas?

Depends on what system is used tbf. I've gotten tickets for and tried for tickets numerous times for Glastonbury, it's always best to get on early but they don't use a queue system so is supposedly random (I think).

The club could easy have been much clearer in their press releases for the playoff tickets sales that's for sure.

IF you are using GMAIL email account, then .... god luck, as you wont get an email so will need to update this if you can log into your account (if you bought a ticket over the past 3 days you should be able to do so)

I’m using gmail and I got an email with digital tickets into my inbox ( not junk file ).

In the interests of balance, we should allow the club the opportunity to put out a statement saying they’ve had no formal complaints and lots of people are very happy with their tickets.

Exactly, causes nothing but confusion for some but definitely on SC unless people purchased a different seat or for next season's new SC holders
 
Right then, how do i add the ticket to my google wallet? 😬

I click on the save to phone tab and it comes up with "something went wrong please try again" !!??
