Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


I appreciate that some people are having some genuine difficulties and they have my sympathy. But the amount of people who are confused about season cards getting activated is staggering. The club have done it this way for years for cup/playoffs, I don't know why some people can't grasp this.

It's because the confirmation email says the opposite

Because the club told them conflicting information on an email.

You could look at it 2 ways... you could label them as thick for not being able to use the online system which I'm sure some would... or you could say this just proves how inaccessible the club are making it for some (not all) to buy from them

There are multiple reports of problems fom talktalk users. It's possible they've been blacklisted by whatever bot detector TM are using. It happens where an ISP has too high a level of compromised accounts being used to propagate spam.
