Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Anybody got the problem of trying to purchase reserved seat through Checkout to get a message saying errors on the page unfortunately the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned please purchase them separately........I've tried carrying on with saved card details for payment and correct billing address but when I try the review order button nothing happening
 
when I tried to access the ticketing section on my PC I got the same, then I tried my mobile and still the same result. So I went to the pub for a pint and lo and behold, away from home I was able to access the ticketing site. I've come home, switched off wifi on my phone and I can access the ticketing section but when I use my internet connection (talkTalk) I can't. Very strange

I've seen some rumours flying around that the EFL are on about shifting the game to Vicarage Road or MK Dons ground as Kenilworth Road is far too small for our fanbase and is about to be condemned, have you heard anything at your end mate?

Are you just trying to buy one ticket. Or multiple?

Yeah got that issue aswell as a few others I know. Total shambles. I will end up buying 2 tickets later today in a different area even though I have my 2 season ticket seats reserved on my account. I can buy 2 in a different area no problem but as soon as I try and buy the reserved ones I get that error.
 
Yeah, if you've purchased your own season ticket seat, your season card just gets activated.

Makes sense.

So there'll be people encountering email digital ticket issue for 1st time who've never had to think about it before.

I was wondering why we're seeing so many questions about digital tickets when we've got a canny size number of Current SC holders
I’m sure the same thing happened last season with Sheff Wed mate. Initial confusion & a bit panic & it all went smoothly. From what I remember anyway.

Yeah got that issue aswell as a few others I know. Total shambles. I will end up buying 2 tickets later today in a different area even though I have my 2 season ticket seats reserved on my account. I can buy 2 in a different area no problem but as soon as I try and buy the reserved ones I get that error.
General sale tomorrow might just wait and pick a seat somewhere else see if that works

That's exactly what has happened to me??
In that case the company that ticketmaster use for bot protection have flagged your IP Address (probably only a temporary thing). If anyone else gets this problem try using your mobile as a hotspot.
