I never get emails because of the Gmail carry on. The best thing to is go from your account history. In there it says 'added to season card' or something.
 
Anybody got the problem of trying to purchase reserved seat through Checkout to get a message saying errors on the page unfortunately the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned please purchase them separately........I've tried carrying on with saved card details for payment and correct billing address but when I try the review order button nothing happening

This is ringing a bell and I'm it’s been an issue previously for another game. If I remember rightly it was something to do with the browser that the web page was opened in. Are you using chrome?

thought that only applies if you're registered for a season card for next season,in which case you can buy 1 extra ticket,way i read it anyways
 
I got my disabled assistant ticket yesterday but person I assist can’t remember his password or the email he used. I can’t seem to buy on mine despite him being listed. Can’t take time off work either.
 
Having had problems trying to log on to the ticketmaster site on Wi-Fi I finally managed to do it using mobile dat on my phone. Like many people on this thread who have had problems I use TalkTalk as provider. To buy tickets do you now need to
Have a newish smart phone,
NOT use gmail,
NOT use TalkTalk?
 
if anyone's wondering about cards being activated, if you click on the purchase confirmation email where it says 'view my order in account history' and log in it says on your account history/recent purchases 'added to card, no fee'.
