I'm having an absolute nightmare. Logged into my daughter's account and paid for her ticket no bother, tried to log into mine but I can't remember the password so for the last 2 hours it's been a mix of being locked out of the account for 30mins and not receiving a single password re-set email. Worried now with only a day to go before the deadline my seat will go if this doesn't get resolved.

If it’s any consolation, I’m not receiving any password reset emails either.

Why can’t the ticket office take queries? I might be able to make the game but won’t be able to get home before to collect my season card. Is there an option for a digital ticket?

Buy a seat somewhere else and you get a pdf ticket emailed.

Unless you're on Gmail, which is a lottery.

I'd imagine loads of Pl clubs will use ticketmaster.

There's at least a dozen clubs using SeatGeek, including man city and the mags. Seem to recall chat on here that they are supposed to he loads better than ticket master. Huge in the states I think.

Those in our group with season cards have ordered tickets, I have been assigned to order 4 additional tickets on Thursday.

I thought that it’d be best to check my account details ASAP, I might get sorted by Thursday!

Try logging into your daughters and adding you to her network, I think you get an email so she can manage your tickets, accept that then activate your card on her account?

He won't receive that email if it's gmail though. The system isn't fit for purpose.

I met the club's Ticketmaster account manager after the Luton home game (he's a Luton fan, and was in the Hilton with his son). He reckons they have links with 78 of the clubs in the top 4 divisions.
