I have Visa Debit cards which haven't been working as previously mentioned but changed to the Visa Credit option despite using a Visa Debit and that appears to have worked as it's saved now!

Give that a go if you haven't already.

Tried 2 of my debit cards (different banks) as a visa credit type and still won't let me add a new debit/credit card to my account.

I don't have any saved cards and won't let me purchase anything ☹️

When you try to purchase using a visa debit card and enter the card number but set the card type to visa credit it gives an error saying please check your card type is one that we accept

Had the same on my phone, turned off WIFI and it was fine on mobile data.
 
I did my three this morning but cant get back into any of the 3 accounts as its saying wrong password. I know for a fact its the right passwords.

They outsourced to the cheapest, shittest ticketing partner in Ticket Master. Isn't it the case that a lot of other clubs, Premier in particular use a different outfit that are infinitely better than these jokers? Seem to recall chat about it on here.

It should be simplicity itself to go on and buy your ticket. It was for me, but it's an absolute horror show on here, the different and seemingly insurmountable problems people are having. It's not good enough.

Mine went to junk mail as well and so did the digital ticket email, managed to retrieve it and have printed out a paper copy rather than trying to download it to my phone, old fashioned that way ! FTM

Season cards are being activated. Digital tickets going to those buying seats other than their SC.

Think quite a few of them use seatgeek, I know boro do. Whether they get similar problems I've no idea though.
 
Why can’t the ticket office take queries? I might be able to make the game but won’t be able to get home before to collect my season card. Is there an option for a digital ticket?

I'd imagine loads of Pl clubs will use ticketmaster.
