Reading through the forum, sounds like the system is having a brain fart moment with partial ST. I don’t have a full/partial for this season, only one for the forthcoming season. After multiple error messages, I managed to purchase tickets.I have a part season card 22/23 for both me and my son and I am getting the message
“This fixture is not available to you yet”
Part card or full card we’ve still committed financially to the club this season and the fact that we’re locked out of purchasing & the only option left to us/anybody in this position is to travel however many miles to the ticket office to resolve it as the club have closed off all communication is absolutely diabolical. Also makes a mockery of their ‘going digital for the environment’ narrative.
You can only hope there is significant investment and a complete overhaul of their digital delivery this summer or next season is going to be an absolute nightmare for many.

Perhaps some are misinterpreting it, it never occurred to me that it meant that though.I think its the poorly worded press release that's causing confusion. I think it means NEW 23/24 season card holders are also entitled to buy a ticket in Phase 1. I dont think its an additional ticket, but it could be interpreted that way.

Else any one who renewed for next year would be entitled to another ticket.
