Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

Just bought my 2 but the 5 minutes I had with the tickets in my basket all of a sudden went down to 1 minute 30 so by the time I had to go into my banking app to confirm it was me (after the link didn't work) I managed to complete the purchase with about 10 seconds to spare.

I haven’t bought my existing seat. And I’ve bought a ticket for my son who has a season ticket for next season.
 
i can't remember the password and I can't reset it as the links to do so don't come through to Gmail accounts for some reason

Ordered and received tickets almost straight away now I'm not using Gmail. We've changed seats for this one so need to use what has been sent.

Good job I'm not superstitious or precious about moving.
Other way round for me. I’ve received confirmation immediately but no email with tickets.

True, but why would the email from the club specifically say they would be sending emailed tickets.... and people should contact them if they don't get any.

The behind the scenes of our club is like something out of fawlty towers. Constantly making things harder than they need to be :rolleyes:
 
@Hettonlass - another one to ponder.

Where fans have purchase history (but no ST), do these fans get a digitally emailed ticket (ie: those who purchase on Thurs from 12 Noon)
 
Our 3 sorted and all purchased together. I think it inly let's you if you're down to 'manage' their account rather than 'assign'

There was also u22 and over 65 tickets available

Yeah - I think the issue the other poster was having was that as they use a gmail address they don't get the password reset email

If it was so inept then it would be funny

have you correctly MANAGED and ASSIGNED all folk correctly in your Network?

If you haven't this time around, it may pay you to try again just to be sure

MANAGE means the other persons must approve an email sent to the from your account.

Because I have 6 folk allocated as part of my network (3 STH's) its allowing me to pickup 3 tickets that are "reserved" in my basket - which is correct

that is because those 3 (including me) have given MANAGE and ASSIGN privileges to each other

However, it looks like part time season card holders can't buy for some reason or another
This is confusing the hell outta me....can you help me out? I currently have my son (under 16) in my network and both of our accounts are setup to be able to assign tickets to each other but when i log into my account i can only prurchase my ticket. ive had to login to his account to purchase his ticket. How should the network be setup? Should oneor more be selected as Manage rather then Assign?

Sounds as thou you dont have full permissions to Manage (with respect), try requesting MANAGE again for the other account. Son will get email which needs to be activated - if ya using GMAIL, chase this before requesting a new MANAGE
