Error message trying to buy Fulham tickets

Right so I'm trying to buy our season card seats (1 adult and 1 under 16) for the Fulham replay. I can put them in the basket but can't buy them in the same transaction as I get the following error message.

There are errors on the page​

Unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately.

Anyone know a fix for this as I can't see anywhere to amend the delivery method. Cheers

I think you have to log into each season card account separately so the ticket can be assigned to the season card
 
dont even have the option for our normal 2 seats when we log on? Its gives you the choice of our block but the seats are all greyed out? Any ideas?

EDIT: found my ticket but wont let me assign one to my daughter (no) - she's on my network, but cant select any tickets

We had a problem with a Chase MasterCard debit card but a visa debit worked..
 
Had the same problems season cards all linked but had to log into each account and buy them separately also had problem with paying on one of the cards must of took about ten attempts before it went through.
 
It makes you wonder how they use to sort all this late in the day ticketing business back in the day, what with just an regularly open ticket office and phone number to ring
 
I purchased one earlier for a family season ticker holder, logged in their account and their ticket was reserved, all had to do was checkout and pay so would think if everyone is a season ticket holder your buying for, you would have to log into all their accounts and purchase separately
