Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

i can't fathom how some seats which should be available aren't???

A load of seats next to me are always empty yet they're greyed out on the map. Even the last 2 home games there's been no one sitting there.
what's that all about??

Theres a seat like this next to me.
It's never available on the map despite me looking multiple times to buy it for someone.

I'm certain that the system has a fault in it and some seats will just never be sold

I've got a mate like that, she's a total technophobe. Add to the problem that she's diabetic and is having injections into her eyeballs to stop the bleeding at the back of her eyes, so can't even see a bloody screen at the moment is making me bald.
 
Please help before i spend £40 in a taxi going to and from sol. This error is on the page where you put your card details and wont allow me to go any further

What i have tried
Refreshing page hundreds of times
Logging out and back in many times
Deleting payment card
Dropping them from basket and logging in to each account separately to purchase separately
Changed browser and also tried on iphone
 
Given, I'm no expert in how the ticketing system works, but I'm confused where people are saying 'on the Map' etc when this phase is to buy your current, reserved seat.
I just logged in, our SC were there in the reserved section, and I just pressed purchase.
Done.
 
He didn't. He's just gonna sit in that seat and shuffle along if his doesn't get sold. I reckon it will mind.

Looks like you've locked yourself out then by buying the additional seat elsewhere? Or not if i've misunderstood you.
Yep looks like I’ve got a problem. Long drive to to office it looks like, fuck added pollution
 
Got my 3 no problem, except for the lack of email acknowledgement on gmail

Started looking at the option of setting up a new mail only for using with safc related stuff. Does that free mail.com work OK ?

In exactly the same situation, have sent ticket office an email as obviously it would be inexplicable to expect to be able to speak to someone over the phone.

Are you trying to buy for people in your network - I know you have said you have tried logging into each account separately

If you can log in to each account then change the permissions on each person in your network to 'manage' rather than 'assign'

Beyond that try deleting everyone from your network to buy the tickets then set it back up again?

It really shouldn't be this difficult but it is the SAFC way.....

it's weird.

Last home game was a sell out and there's 10 empty seats next to me!
