I think the problems today have been caused by the removal of authorities to manage or assign tickets. It means emails sent out to set it up again. I was buying for my older friend who would have no chance with this crap system.The amount of pages on here every time an online ticketing event occurs is enough evidence on its own that our fan base as a whole is not ready to be moved to online / digital season cards.
Just had another thought. For various reasons I can’t renew for next season, so I am assuming someone else has purchased these seats for next season. As the system is allowing next season ticket holders to purchase seats also, do you think the system will prevent them buying my seats for the game I have already purchase for? Or do we think we will have fun and games on the day with seats sold twice?
You don't need to go onto map to buy own seat, you only go map if you want a seat elsewhereFor anyone with season cards having trouble picking their seat from map, I found when I logged into my account online a notification that said it had reserved my 3 season card seats for me and my two kids so I just clicked on that notification and it let me add to basket and purchase. Of course that was because they are in my network and I have full permissions to manage their bookings as they are kids and I have their logins anyway so just granted myself permission).
I also had to do it twice as first time when it asked for the credit card authentication but and I select text message it just went back to the basket and I had to do it again (hope I haven’t been charged twice lol).
I bought my own seat at 10.06 this morning and confirmation message said digital ticket would be sent by email but no sign yet.Are the cards being authorised because the email said digital, email to scan or printed ticket. Which will it be?
Have you had an e-ticket delivered for the extra one?can purchase if you have a 23/24 season ticket also, got my sons earlier with ours

Thank youIf you've bought your reserved season ticket seat you use your season card. If you've bought a ticket elsewhere they should send you an email with a QR code ticket, which you can print or use via your phone screen.

Yep looks like I’ve got same problem as your mate as I bought an additional ticket I thought I was entitled to, how did he resolve itStrange. Were they in your notifications to begin with?
I have ordered my mine and my mate who I can manage tickets for but my other mate I don’t have permission unless he gets the email I requested sent to him and gives me permission

I've done exactly the same for my dad who's just bought a ST for next year.
On my invoice confirmation it said "Add to season card (same seat only)" but I've not had an e-ticket sent for my dad's and obviously he doesn't have a season card yet.
