Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


As part of this phase can season card holders move their tickets if they’re buying an additional? Is the concourse available yet?

My app opens with facial recognition (or phone pin) then to view the card details, I need to enter my card pin. So there’s multi factor security really.

Face ID to get into the app itself then it uses Face ID a second time to access the particular card details screen. I don’t mind it at all it’s helped me out a canny bit.

That's fine then. That seems to be treating it as if it was an in-person purchase (like sticking your card in the machine) than a remote one needing the CVC.

Yes, that is how it works. I've just done exactly that for my bairn. Had to log in and out of my and his accounts authorising that i can buy tickets for him.
