Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Wonder what's going on with online ticketing. Half of my friends and family have changed from "manage" to "assign". I've had to send my mate down to the ticket office with the other season cards to get their seats. :rolleyes: Hope there's not a humongous queue, she can't stand for long periods.
Had the same bother my kids weren’t on my account to purchase tickets. I’ve had to make 2 new accounts with their ST numbers to purchase
 
Usually thats correct but I definitely have permission (and so do others for me) on 4 tickets in my network. I had to buy mine, then log out and buy daughters.

Can usually just buy and assign no problem.
They sometimes turn permissions off through the season, Fulham at home they did for many and had to get permissions again
 
People having a meltdown about worrying whether their Season Card will be activated despite the fact the club have tweeted to confirm it AND for those of us who attended the Fulham home game (in SC seats) it was activated and worked no issues at all.

If you really are sweating that much just take a screenshot of your booking confirmation email....
 
Did you get the email with goggle wallet and apple wallet at the bottom? If you click that it adds you e-ticket to your wallet. Maybe I bought it wrong and it's sent it that way but I'm taking both with me as I don't trust it haha.

It's took me less than 5 minutes online. Whilst I understand there will be edge cases for people who need to buy their ticket in person, why would someone prefer to stand in this?

Guarantee there'll be some folks in this queue who'll wait for an hour expecting to be able to buy one under general sale today too.

Cant purchase our seats, saying there is an error with a difference of drlivery methods when there isnt and wont let my type card numbers in
 
I'd also recommend if anyone GMAIL/GOOGLEMAIL to update their email and use A N OTHER - just in case G/MAIL issued isnt resolved after last years fiasco

Yeah of course when an email clearly says a digital ticket will follow, you'd expect people who can read that they might be expecting a digital ticket.
Why not just remove that text from the email?
 
Just spoke to a lass who I know who works at the ticket office…

If you’ve purchased your ST seat your card will be activated for use.

If you’ve purchased a seat that’s not your ST seat during this phase you will be given a QR code via email

I'd assume it's just the default generated email that gets sent by Ticketmaster as part of their system.
 
I think you need to have it set to 'manage tickets'

Most only have it set to 'assign tickets'

I could get mine and the boys but my Mam's fella could only get his and not his Grandsons ticket.

Only difference is my account is set up for assign and manage tickets. His is only assign.

You can click request to manage tickets and then the people who's tickets you're wanting to buy for will need to authorise and approve you to manage their tickets and then you should be able to purchase on their behalf.

I think that's how it works.
Aye I think your right, it will only let me get 4 of the 6, email to manage tickets sent.
