Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I have secured my own seat for the game on Saturday. I want to do the same for my grandsons who sit with me but cannot see how to do this. They are in my ‘family group’ and I have had no problem buying their seats for cup ties in the past.

Anyone know how to do this, or where I am going wrong?

you need the management setting, not just the assign. go to your friends and family network, and request the manage setting. then go to your emails and accept. then you can do his too.

I was there at 11.00am and got served at 15.37pm. No wonder I get vertigo. There were about 400 in front of me when I was about 20 yards off the love supreme shop at the start. Thanks to the burger stall guy who gave me a free burger and a seat for looking after his stall while he went to the bog although he could see I was flagging badly.. Apologies on lack of service when 2 people requested cheeseburgers and onions. Throughout the day there were either 2 3 or 4 serving which explains the snails pace sales. As for getting online it was a failure the previous day hence today's appearance. At the current capacity of sales the ticket office is capable of handling based on today's personal experience I can only sympathise with supporters who queue in the general sale window. Make sure you have a card as the club don't accept cash if you actually reach the ticket office sales staff.

They have turned people away
problem with that, is that season card holders and all entitled to use now, will start to merge with the 11am deadline for general sale and the problems that will entail.
can the club identify those sc for 22/23 and 2024 who are waiting in the queue who have sufficient points and cannot buy online as opposed to those for general sale.
I would suggest opening up the ticket office at 7am on Thursday, ensuring they pay the staff a big bonus for doing so.
It is just not about ensuring people get the tickets, it is about ensuring the credibility of our club
I do appreciate that logistically this is a big task but really we should be up to it.

Exactly, it's the on the ground staff I feel for, poor buggers

Thanks for that 👍. I only had ASSIGN access not MANAGE. Don't know why or when it changed.
There's a 90 page thread on ticket issues mate
Tickets (Playoffs H & A)

I browsed that thread first but didn't see anything relevant to me. Got help here quickly, thanks to nyron4england

Advertised as 12pm.

Is there any point in going down to the ticket office tomorrow,I’m not a season ticket holder or can you purchase tickets online ?

For my son (he's 11) I had to create an actual account to manage his seat using his customer number and his seat was reserved in there.

exactly. The lady that served me today, has served me a number of times over the years and she has always been spot on.

it is them that have to face those queueing when they start to turn them away.

when I witnessed that on Tuesday, nobody was rude to the lady but you could tell the tempers were being frayed (one guy had travelled over an hour to be just turned away) and the ticket office lady was upset

Ah, ffs.

Bought three in a different spot. Haven't received a confirmation e-mail or anything anorl (changed from gmail a few year ago when the issue came about). What a fuck on.
If you don't get confirmation it's looking like a trip to the ticket office for you I'm afraid bit like my 3 and a half hours in the queue today to sort it. Hopefully it turns up. Wouldn't leave it long though.

And people wonder why we have a high turnover of staff.......

its default. means when you buy for aways you can buy for your group, but this counts as managing the ticket because it's reserved prior.

next year when the digital ticketing is enabled, you will be able to distribute the ticket to someone else in the event of not being able to atend. this counts as managing the ticket, as opposed to assigning it.

glad to be of help mate. enjoy the match.

link yourselves via friends and family, then give manage permissions. then you will be able to do both through your account.
