It is shite that supporters can't get access to the ticket office prior to 12pm mind, especially the elderly or those unable to use the system.
They'll be stuck in queues for hours whilst others purchase online.
i don't think its a case of forgetting SCH but if they kept the ticket office open it would be fyas byook or twatter and they could be open all night, i think the main problem is that as Hank Scorpio said there will be user errors i think due to the fact that we don't use this system often enough and maybe have the settings incorrect re-manage or assign, i had problems with the Fulham match as i could not get all the tickets and my mate had a right carry on, so we went down last week no-one in the ticket office and the lass sorted it all out so that any one of us can get the tickets and when i went on yesterday as soon as i got into the site it took me less than 2 minutes to get everything done including the confirmation email.

That comment from the club just shows that in their eyes they think everything is running smoothly. Davison just putting his fingers in his ears and pretending everything is fine. Bold statement that mate.Tbf to the club, when they did the planning for this, I dare say they thought two days would be enough to support our older/more vulnerable fans.
If the systems go down tomorrow from 10am anyway, then there’s probably not a lot the ticketing staff could do. I suppose they could open the doors at 8am but they’d probably need to close the queue well in advance of 10am

oh i am forgetting nothing and i agree its due to a few different things communication on the emails to start with as it was confusing but there will have been some that just cannot use the system correctly i think due to lack of use so that's what i mean by user error.

There will be a small number mate that have genuine issues but the vast majority will be user error or a simple desire not to use the platform.
Sadly, where the club fail is that they are often painfully slow with communications. I’m willing to bet that some of the queue today, were only there because they had heard the system wasn’t working. A simply comms saying the system works and an FAQ might have reduced the queue.
There will be a small number mate that have genuine issues but the vast majority will be user error or a simple desire not to use the platform.
