Evans is an actual defensive midfielder.
Stewart is better than Mayenda.

There are few better players than those that play in this league. They are all worth millions.
Because we haven't been unable to improve on them over the last few windows people think we have gone backwards.
It's fairly hard to improve on young players who are great and worth millions when you don't have millions to spend.
Just cos some were bought in league one , they have had lots of game time. They have improved massively.
I'm not sure what people like you expect - that these players shouldn't be anywhere near the first team and we should have improved on them as we got them in league one?

I couldn’t give a shite about being a club who buys young lads, improves them and has ‘assets’. I want us to be a competitive force in this division who adds to our squad and recruits where needed.
You say we were in league one as if it’s some kind of yardstick. We were in the Premier League for ten consecutive seasons before that too.
Name one from a bottom half championship club with comparable numbers from last season who has gone for anything like 40 million. It’s fantasy land.

Clarke , Bellingham , rigg, Neil , Browne , poveda and Roberts are competitive and some of the best in the league then I don't value your opinion at all. I doubt anyone would.
We were shit last year as we had stupid managerial fuck ups.
