There's definitely elements of Bell and Root in his game. If he can be as good as those too then he'll be around for a long time.

I miss Cook though. I wish he was still playing

Just looked at stats, and Root has more test runs than any current player. Will soon go past Atherton, Bell and Langer. And then Mark Waugh, Sobers, Boycott and KP.
