Hmm, and there was I thinking it was named after a large garage and caravan sales operation that used to be located there called "Testo's Caravans". Maybe the caravans joint was named after the roundabout which was for some reason named after the proprietor of a flea-circus.

Maybe the flea-circus bloke went on to open the garage?
that might be it -there is some link between the flea circus and the business.

Sort of knocks on the head any idea of humans ever getting there let alone ``outer space``
