My Facebook stream has exploded with Mags liking pictures of mags (most notably Ant and Dec) celebrating like they'd just turned us over. Its getting embarrassing.

if we had finished above them - even on goal difference - there's plenty on here would be ramming it down their throats too.

Bottom line is both clubs are bottom of the league strugglers who for the grace of god could easily have been relegated.

Regardless of what they do over the summer and next season it's now up to SAFC to turn things around and push on and build a big premier league future for the club.

Exactly this. Now as we didn't finish above them some say it means fuck all. Fact is over 38 games they were the better team and you can try to slice it anyway you like.

The difference is we'd be happy with a few years of midtable stability and some decent cup runs. Them ***** think they should be in the champions league every season. Deluded twats.

Margins are that fine over the course of a season that luck plays its part so I wouldn't say they are better than us - just luckier - by one jammy point. Not to forget we beat them home and away and have a better goal difference so there's plenty of ammo to fire back at any mag twat that blows the top dog trumpet. Roll on next season.

I love the fact that 20 years ago they were a BIG European team battling Man Utd, Barcelona, Juventus etc. they had good bragging rights and rightly so. Now they are surviving with the last game of the season and finishing 1 place above us is the season achievement. Ashleyout.com will be closed for the summer now they won the top dog award
