Just asked one would he rather a) lose both derbies but finish 1 point/place above Sunderland only after a last game escape or b) win both derbies, be safe going into the last game but finish 1 point/place below Sunderland.

Reckons he'd rather finish above :lol:
 
If there has to be such a cringeworthy top dog award then it should only come into play if one team at least is in the top half of the table. f***ing hell..once there was a time when these teams fought for the title..now that might be worth consoling yourself with a top dog award..,second and fourth for example...this season..it is just embarrassing.
 
I must admit seen a few things tonight where they have crawled out the woodwork - pictures of goals, celebrations and the table as turp dergs - I assume Ashley is now the bees knees and the clerb will be challenging for champions league next year
 
My mag mate who's usually not too bad came out with this as soon as I saw him today. Told him I didn't mind them finishing 15th as long as they keep on forking the 6 points over every season. Got to love that this is all they have now tbf :lol:
 
You lot made it up when ya finished 7th twice,then it was who finished highest had braggin rights,now that you have only finished higher 3 times since,and are owning the derby's,they determin who's had the better season.........hah

Obviously when there's only a point between us in the League (and we played our B team because we were already safe ;)) then it come's down to the North East League table to sort it out :)
