I don't get why people think bacon is some sacred meat that can't be spoiled with butter or any kind of different sauce. It's just slices of pig. All the different things you can do with ham, yet when it comes to bacon sandwiches people on here are still eating like the war has just ended.

Usually like a sweet chilli sauce with a bit of heat. Encona west indian sweet chilli sauce was great but not seen it anywhere in a while.

Good contrast of savoury and sweet
 
Lightly toasted white bread, buttered with real butter. Smoked back bacon from the butchers, cooked till slightly crisp. That's it, no f***ing about.
I've tried to educate you simpletons about fried egg in sandwiches before, it doesn't work, or belong. It's simple science.

And as for that sweet chilli sauce post, I hope he is banned.
