half cook a part baked baguette in the oven
half way through, slice open and sprinkle a good dose of grated cheese
cook till brown
put sandwich together and lash red sauce all over
enjoy a little slice of heaven

White medium sliced bread, buttered, grilled crispy bacon and sriracha sauce. Maybe some fried mushrooms hoyed in if I’m feeling kinky.

I was about to calm this an abomination but then remembered I recently had a bacon sarnie with chilli jam that was tremendous
I’m sure everyone questioning the use of butter has heard the very well known term Bacon Butty.
