Carse got called up to the 20/20 squad due to an injury. Brook is in that squad. Only the 50 over they can seem to find a place for him at present mainly because stokes has returned and playing as a specialist batsman

Brook was not grounded when he threw it up from over the boundary

Brook wasn’t touching the ground or rope when he palmed the ball back inside the rope.
