The Hundred 2023

Going to give The Hundred a go this season. Watched a bit of in the in first year (and had tickets for a match at Lords but it was rained off) but didn't bother last year. At least it fills a gap between the Ashes and the football restarting.

Still think the on-screen graphics are terrible and make it really hard to tell what the score is.

They’ve got the batters names in green despite southern brave playing in green it’s doing my head in

But to get that you need to look at the far left and far right of the screen. Unncessary eye movement.

Then you have "runs needed" and "balls left" which are on opposite sides

The arrows seem to be meaningless

Colours don't match the teams

Covers too much of the screen with opaque text.

Horrible font

It's as if someone never studied the basics of graphic and user interface design.

I think they have gone over the top mate to try a make it different when no need.

Same teams normal scoring graphics and 20 overs per team would still have been ok

Any team that made the last 8 in The Blast would comfortably sweep both of them aside.

Really don’t think either of these teams would finish anywhere near the play-offs in any other league.
Seen as the pick the best players from the blast from 18 teams and put them into 8 teams and the others play in the one day cup that first statement makes no logical sense at all.
The 8 clubs are cherry picking from the 18 counties (which I don’t like), so I’m not sure how the teams can be worse.
Beat me to it just!
