Folk from work went tonight (I was invited but didn't go) They were forced to go in the western terrace as a large group of adults (even sensible ones there for the cricket). Just heard back on their verdict. Enjoyed most of it but left early as it got too roudy and they were getting pelted with plastic cups for "the snake". So much for the new audience eh

Never understand how they got a franchise over the West Country. Especially when Cricket gets beaten on attendance by Ice Hockey down there. While we’re at it, Sophia Gardens shouldn’t even be a test ground.

Could replace them with The North East Lions, mind you probably none of the other things you mention would change.
