It’s a must, well at least this thread has sent you their way todayOoo that sounds lush, will have to give it a visit sometime. Actually, we went to the Bungalow Cafe this morning for brekkie (first time in nearly 2 years) and it was really nice. Would recommend!
Ha we can’t get over it, the staff are lovely in there, so it’s a shame. Penshaw tearooms have one of the best breakfast, think it’s about a tenner our go to now combined with a visit to the butchers. He has it right, using produce that can be bought on site to take home and good quality to boot.
Gone a bit down hill of late since they spend all that coin and attention on those glamping pods.Never been or heard of it but will bow to your greater knowledge on the subject
Aye Alan was a great bloke too. Knew them both personally, moreso Alan as I worked for him for a period when I was younger. What a lovely lady Lillian was, friend of my mams
He don’t allegedly own the orange one. He does.Seen the orange Aston Martin that the bungalow cafe owners allegedly own today..very nice..also a yellow one with 'Kez' on the registration plate.
Bacon Bonce apparentlyI've never heard bacon used as a name for that...whether that story is true or not( and I suspect it's not)
Doubt it. More likely the bacon order had already gone in when asking for extra bacon.I've never heard bacon used as a name for that...whether that story is true or not( and I suspect it's not)
Well I can sort of see it, but still never ever heard it used.Bacon Bonce apparently
I suspect it is true, but it's clearly extra bacon for the bacon sandwich that's been ordered. Some top (well, pretty poor actually) quality shit stirring that reddit post.I've never heard bacon used as a name for that...whether that story is true or not( and I suspect it's not)
I meant I believe it might have been shouted, just that the lass didn't mean it in the way the Reddit poster claimsI suspect it is true, but it's clearly extra bacon for the bacon sandwich that's been ordered. Some top (well, pretty poor actually) quality shit stirring that.

Load of shyte, it’s a fairly common way of kitchen team being told an extra after the order has been placed.
Or a nonce story pardon me.This, a non story.
And green grocers.This.
Bakery on site too with great cakes & pies but it is pricey.
Try the coxgreen old schoolhouse if you're over that way - it's superbHa we can’t get over it, the staff are lovely in there, so it’s a shame. This country would be amazing if people on here were put in charge of everything.Love people giving business recommendations ,especially to one which by their own admission must be doing well .
