Aye but then we'll have a similar sell on, so when he's sold for £100 million, we'll be bringing in the big bucks :cool:
 
The criticism he gets is insane.

That being said, if we can get Rigg signed up, and bring in £15m+ for Jobe I would probably take it. Make sure there’s a sell on fee as well.

The reality is anyone half decent is too good for us right now. Clarke for example. Bellingham shows flashes but there hasn't been a single game I recall where he looked too good for us.

Never say never, but I agree that he wouldn't get in our strongest team for me. Maybe borderline ahead of Rusyn up front but fuck me that's hardly a high bar.

They’ve not been able to find his best position yet have they? He’s only a kid and whilst I agree he hasn’t shone like a beacon asking him to play every game has probably been too much for him.

I’m not unhappy if we keep him, but if he doesn’t deserve to be in our first team then I hope we have a head coach with the power to drop him

I hope we keep him but I can’t see it. Palace would be perfect for him they have a really good attacking team and I think he would not play every game but would grow into them

But that's down to him isn't it? He has put himself ahead of everything else at the club, and the people in charge have accommodated it. Even though it's to his detriment anarl.

He isn't our best option in any position on the pitch and yet apparently playing him is more important to everyone than actually winning games of football

What about if we get £20m now, which allows us to hang onto our other players and bring in a great striker (for this level) and a defensive midfielder? I would be very very happy with that…particularly with Aouchiche, Ekwah and Rigg potentially vying for that advanced midfield position.

He shouldn’t have been in the team a lot of times last season. You can’t possibly know if he’ll never be good enough for us. I think he’ll have a ten years plus PL career. SAFC may become a multi CL winning club or at some point drop into L2 in that time.

I'd snap your f***ing hand off for 20m for him, he isn't worth anywhere near that. I think we'd be a better team just for not having him, he doesn't fit in our team at all. If it gets rid off the birmingham mafia so much the better and we can actually build a proper team. Spend half that money on a striker and a CDM and we'd be much better off

I agree…even with his potential overestimated I’m not sure he’s worth near that.
