You could put 5,000 rpm on a ball and it not turn an inch, or you could put 2,000 on one and it could turn square. Much more to do with the pitch than the revs.

I think it's a decent idea to use in analysis, and comparing spinners. But I'm already sick of it popping up after every ball. Unlike the speed gun, which you only notice if you look at it.

Since we're complaining about menial things, them shit soundbites from Vaughan/Strauss etc at the start of every ad break is getting on my tits too.
