He played a few too many high risk passes, presumably under instruction, and was nearly caught out by it. A few people zoomed in on that. In terms of doing the nuts and bolts of defending he's been a rock all season.

Don't think i've ever seen him look stretched.

Definitely in the conversation for best signing of the season. How we signed a player like him, in his prime, for £10m is beyond me. Getafe absolutely robbed
