That Time When Shearer

I didn't call you a mag did I you fuckin tit. I was on about the numerous 'mags' who disappear when the going gets slightly tough but you assumed I was on about yourself.

Now tell me how you know Shearer is a hard bastard?

I couldn't give a shit if you think I'm a mag really, the whole thread is pathetic. I don't know him personally obviously but know a few older mags that do and he's a tough bastard

Was more of a lighweight scuffle, both of them looked like they had no idea what to do when it went off.

Keane is like a jack russel and shearer is like a guard dog that barks not fights.

Etuhu v barton would have been the one to watch, given the chance Dickson would have f***ing thrashed the twt, barton definately shit his pants.
Etuhu Barton wouldn't have even been a fight! Barton another little rat who thinks he's s hardman from safety of football pitch.

It would have been class, you could see what was going to happen, barton would have been fkng smashed.

Our hardest lads have been quiet, Harford would have smashed keane and shearer together.

Now Harford was a handful, so was Whitehurst and according to ex Sunderland players at talk ins Bally was handy as well.
Sorry but for me Keane is just a little gobshite, great player and top value as a pundit but hardman? Not having that mind.

We're not talking about Bellamy though. Shearer had various run ins with both him and Souness. This whiter than white character had far too much influence in the Newcastle dressing room.

Thought the way Shearer went on with Gullit was a disgusting way to treat the manager of the football club. Again Billy Big Bollocks thought he was the manager.

Wasn't there a rumour about Shearer used to be bucking a lass from a Pizza Hut in Ponteland behind his wife's back, Gullit ended up shagging her too and they had a falling out over it? Something daft like that.

The first part of your post is absolutely spot on. He threw a punch from miles away, knowing he couldn't land. Kind of like seeing a lad making all the noise when he is being held back from a battle.

And not just that, it was a punch a girl would throw. Some boxer he must have been throwing an 'arm punch' like that.

As to the second part of your post - who knows who would win. It's all bollocks but one thing is for certain, Keane had no intention whatsoever trying to land on Shearer that day.
It's pretty tough to get a good shot in if your opponent keeps going backwards

I think in his time keane was tough, no idea about fighting mind but he could put it about.

Whitehurst would just get stuck into whoever was in front of him and not give a fuck, and Harford is old school hard imo.

Bally was a tough player, never saw him turn it on, for sheer entertainment value you woulf have to go some to better bennet choking out speedie, fkng brilliant

That was class the Bennett speedie thing. What a little C@nt he was mind!

Watch it again.

If someone hoys a dig at you in the street and you walk back/don't want to know you have bottled it.

He wasn't in the street. He was captaining his team and knew getting sent off for reacting would be detrimental to their efforts in the match. He outsmarted Keane massively and Keane knows it.

Not if you're a great boxer as some make Keane out to be. Like I said, I think he had no intention landing with his little 'arm punch'. Stevie Wonder could have caught Shearer that day if he wanted to.

Many mags will tell you that Keane bottled it because King Al waited for Keane outside the main gate of the Millburn stand and Keane got on the bus quickly to avoid a scrap

I didn't say there was I gave examples of other things that happen on pitch that shouldn't happen either although I'm sure you're familiar with the hartson berkovic incident.

You familiar with what Hartson did when Harry saggy face fined him?

Paid fine to charity iirc. I think a lot of clubs do this in regards to disciplinary fines mind.
