TEST SERIES: New Zealand v Australia

Kiwis always seem to get stuffed with 2 or sometimes 3 test series, which is ridiculous.
Pretty sure they, like everyone except the big 3, lose money on tests. Not really a case of being stuffed with shorter series, they choose to play less.

ICC/Ind/Eng/Aus need to sort their greedy shite out and stop test cricket from dying. Were the only countries that play 3+ test series anymore, it's f***ing shit.

Not sure what happened last night but I went to bed after the first session with the last pair comfortable on what looked like the flattest of pitches. Then NZ get skittled and Aussies lose a couple of early wickets.

The Aussies are looking like a very destructive test team. If they can keep this team together for one last ashes series (especially the bowlers) it looks like another very uncomfortable tour down under for England.

They’re a very old team and they don’t seem to be given many younger players a chance.

They’ve not promoted a youngster to open following the retirement of Warner instead they’ve moved their best batsman up the order.

Smith 34
Khawaja 37
Head 30
Marsh 32
Carey 32
Starc 34
Cummins 30
Hazlewood 33
Lyon 36

They will be in a huge transition in a couple of years.

Totally agree! if they all make it probably after the ashes. But what an incentive for them to go out on another ashes victory.
