How can a restaurant make a profit out of a Burger plus a Bud for a fiver? Even if the Burger is from Farmfoods.

By subsidising via sales elsewhere such as the £50 platters etc.

The menu looks OK but the food provenance is somewhat lacking along with the decor, ambience, service levels and attitude of the owners according to reports.
