Talbi

Nordi's positioning at times is just bizarre. He's quick and he's strong but by gum he's out of position a lot of the time.
I'd be tempted to go 3 at the back with Alderete, Ballard and Nordi and go Talbi-Xhaka- Sadiki-Diara - Hume, with Enzo in the hole further forward behind Brobbey or Isodor

He always looks much more threatening coming in off the left. I don't recall ever seeing him play wide right and play well.
Le Fee is one of the first names on the team sheet at the moment so he won't come out. I don't think RLB would drop Rigg after his recent performances, and i think he'd show faith in Diarra.

Personally i'd prefer to see Le Fee in the 10 position and Talbi on the left with Diarra missing out

Not sure Talbi would be a good wing back mind.

In mitigation, he was gassed after sprinting to get alongside Diarra. I was more annoyed at Nordi just pottering back to a nothing position.
In all fairness he is a young lad who just came on

Talbi getting criticised is harsh imo, because he's been coming on RW, he's not a right winger. His performances there compared to LW are night and day. I'd start him there Friday night. Move Enzo into the middle.
I think Talbi is a better player than we've seen. He seems to lack confidence. He has great pace, technique and can go past a defender but often chooses the safe option of passing back. That said he's young. Like Diarra I expect a better season from Talbi next year.

I love Talbi like. Things always happen when he is on the pitch....big 'moment' player. He nearly always produces something when he is on the pitch. He came on Sunday and at least he tried to have a go at the Villa full back. Knocked it past him and tried a cross, old school wing play. Don't mind that at all....at least he had a go. Good player imo.

Can't be doing much for his confidence if he keeps getting taken out of the team, especially after having a good game and scoring against the mags, dropped for the next game.

Been treated like shit IMO. Picks up his performances, growing into the Premier League, scoring massive goals.

Gets dropped. I think he's a talent and has provided more than Diarra has by a country mile.

Edit: Same thread I'd already posted on but fuck it love Talbi me.
