Talbi

MonkeyLove

Striker
Never quite understood the perception of him by Le Bris.

For me he was bizarrely dropped after scoring the cracker at home against Burnley.

He then scored a crucial goal against the Mags and was a fingertip away from one of the goals of the season and was dropped again.

If Diarra plays a simple 6 yard pass he wins that for us today with his supporting run and positioning.

Diarra probably needs a break and Le Fee demonstrated with just one ball today what he can do central. Tough to drop Rigg after the goal ( Although he wasn’t great defensively )

Surely Le Fee central and Talbi back in is a no brainer for Forest.

Totally agree. Strange substitutions made by Regis today. Should have started second half with Ballard on for 09. Talbi to come on to play left, with Le Fee going central and, if Rigg had to go off then bring someone on to play on the right.

Did ya see the clip of that cross he put in?

I like Talbi, but it's glaringly obvious why he isn't a starter every week.

Everyone clamouring for Europe need to get used to this being a squad game, and young lads on the wings are gonna rotate as we find horses for courses and get minutes in legs.

Rigg's had a really good few weeks. Talbi's important for us. Diarra is getting there.

Taibi is one of a few who has the legs and speed to allow us to break on teams. He was right up with play and there for a tap in if only Diarra had decided to take that option. Our wide players don’t score many so from that perspective he’s done really well with 4 goals.

Talbi isnt great defensively. Le Bris prefers wingers that graft and help out their fullbacks.

Angulo and Traore are nearing fitness so they might get minutes soon
Well he must have loved le fee and rigg today cause they were shocking
