Na, it's all good but I do think they'll have to pay well over the odds for the Hilton or at least just take a share.....whoever owns that wouldn't be very good at business to let that golden egg go for peanuts.
A glass walkway from the Hilton penthouse bar to the corporate section of the ground would be canny

Start at Durham have stops at finchale abbey, chester, fatfield/penshaw, castletown/suddick, sol and ending around st Peter's/glass centre.
Now there's a good idea, club never thought of that for at least 10 years.
