the 105 season under reid was an unreal promotion, the football the newness of the SOL but for me the favourite promotion was the first one under reid, we went up through pure grit & determination, backing of an ageing Roker & never say die. Another day, had some scran in central London, cost me a shitload and tried to follow the going’s on of the takeover. Quiet day by my standards.

I still think it’ll be tomorrow or Friday. I’ll keep my ear to the ground and suspect everyone,
