Takeover Rumours

Chris Wilder would be a superb appointment. Said it at the start of last season and strong links to SD. Made a decent start to his Premier life.

Ha'way lads, imagine Sunderland with three at the back and one of our centre-halves powering forward like Benno used to go on the charge from the halfway line towards the Fulwell to win a corner.
Zero chance. If we couldn’t employ him last season then why now?

They're literally using this thread as a source.

Managers banded about left, right and centre. We ain't even got a clue whether Ross will get the boot yet.

To be fair it's just people looking for something to discuss on a thread that everyone is following anyway. Sounds like the takeover is going through so there's not much else to add there at the minute but when the person who has broke a lot of the news drops hints about the managers position it's only natural that people will speculate while we wait for something concrete to break about the takeover

I think of the "big"named mentioned he's the most realistic tbh. If we could offer him enough money I think he'd drop into league one in a heart beat, he's at the end of his career so he won't need to think about how damaging it would be if he went here and failed in this league unlike others. With money to spend (if forthcoming) he'd be confident of overseeing our rise back up the leagues which would give him a good and note to his career. Mind, from what Reiver is saying it sounds like it's someone currently employed so it's likely not BSA
Think i must have missed reivers post about that, cant wait much longer!
