Feel ya passion mate but wont happen he is on his way out .Love the bit where you say he has people round him that have an eye for a player ha ha.Im drinking doom bar at the moment please tell me your tipple mines obviously not strong enough

We win a decent few more matches than we lose playing with no outlet up front. That's not a bad return from the manager.

Well from the euphoria of the week before last of a few wins, we win in the cup against a PL team while our neighbours lose, talk of the takeover happening in a few days and hopeful of at least 3 new faces.... we couldn't be more flat ! What a difference 3 days make

I reckon that's about right for this team. Capable of going unbeaten in 5 matches, will always have more than our fair share of draws, capable of a good night, and capable of being beaten somewhere. No threat upfront, which makes it difficult.

'Certainly not a top two team. Teams in any league don't go up with centre forwards who won't get you more than 15 goals between them in a season.
Honestly thought we would of added pace and strength to the side in the close season. But we haven’t.

Coventry showed us there are players out there at this level who are a right handful. Quick, direct, strong....we could do with one of them.

In their world Delltasia, they're men of action and know that hesitation can cost huge sums.

I think we'll see a blur of activity with all kinds of appointments and posts being filled with people who use jet packs to get around.

The departments in charge of hospitality, sponsorship, development, PR, merchandising, etc will see fireworks.

People like this don't settle in, get to know the staff and give Doris the tea lady a cuddle ...

... everyone will have to wake and smell the coffee or check the wanted ads in the Echo.

They've already been advised, by someone who knows the game inside out, so I'm expecting the same formula on the football side.
A few on here will find that difficult to get their heads around the fact these guys might not just be in 5 countries in a week but 5 continents, as well you know.
The bullshitters took advantage of Short at his cost, Pretty sure the new management wont let happen to them.

This.
Having been through a US led takeover if I were in any of those roles I’d expect a massive rocket up my arse pretty quickly.

And some right hard bastards running the show.
