People ignore that don't they mate.

He was 'yesterdays man' when he came to Sunderland and somehow got a poor squad playing together ...

... the exact opposite of Ross.

(I'm not saying it's him ffs!!!)
Countryfile just starting
The thing that impressed me about Allardyce was that even when it wasn't going well at first he didn't lose his rag. He said "We will go away and work on it" he obviously did as the difference in the players was amazing. Proper man management.

Evacuee special.

Yeah, so we should never repeat things we've done in the past ...

... perhaps we should ask any future billionaire Americans to clear off

Hello marra- where has these england manager links come from? Cant be arsed to trawl the thread as the whiners get my blood pressure up

It's a common practice when clubs are selecting a new manager or whatever, we all know that.

It's hardly a surprise that prospective foreign owners would contact someone with some idea of Sunderland and the club.

I'd have personally spoken to Quinn who's well connected, knows us and has seen a lot at the club ...

... he'd make a shit manager though
This retired manager . Nobody fits exactly, even big Sam who isn't entirely retired . A good bloke for them to contact might not be English but made his name as manager of the biggest club in England . He once described us as a "proper football club" and the scum as "A wee club in the North East " Ya nivver nar .
