European clubs will soon be panicking at the the thought, in fact we'll see lots of Mackems in Milan as Inter face us... anyone that doubts that can nic off etc.Probably just want to ESCAPE for a while until they take full CTRL.
Crb check. Think it's £39 or £45 for extended checks. Then they will probably have to sign up to update service at £13 per year. Probably haggling over who pays for this.Any one got idea what EFL approval involves? Is it just a signing off type thing that might be done as soon as someone sits and does it, or is it the full fit and proper persons test thing which is likely to take a fair bit longer, especially with the buyers being from oversees?
T’s and I’s being respectfully crossed and dotted according to the resident legal eagles.Any new news today?
That was possibly the most cringeworthy thing they've done "Shoes off if ya love the Toon" !!!. I admit that is a bold statement onsidering the littany of downright assinine stupidity they have perpetrated since football was invented in 1992.Mags tend to be more 'shoes off'

I nearly spunked up on the spot when I saw that, This can’t be happening to us man, I’m ready to wake up now.....That's a good read.
The graphic showing the relative wealth of football club owners is fairly stunning for sure!
its an in depth check to see if you're fit to run an organisation. if they meet any of these, the've failed
• Disqualified from being director of a UK company
• Convictions for dishonesty, corruption perverting the course of justice or a serious
breach of the Companies Act
• Conspiracy to commit the above offences
• Conviction for a similar offence from a court outside of England and Wales
• Registered Offender
• Personal insolvency such as a Bankruptcy Order or Individual Voluntary Arrangement
• Banned by a Sports Governing Body or a professional body
• Having been convicted of ticket touting or dishonestly receiving a broadcast or being
subject to a football banning order.
I've checked the 'Is' and crossed the 'Ts' in that and can confirm that we have new owners.its an in depth check to see if you're fit to run an organisation. if they meet any of these, the've failed

copied and pasted straight from the EFL. it's a surprising one. i suppose it stops any dodgy pub landlords from buying footie clubs![]()
