So what's the delay? Several sources have claimed the deal has been agreed and signed already, but I haven't seen anyone confirm that the EFL have approved it - is that the issue? Or the 'staffing' issue'? That can't be a firing (any legal contest would happen afterwards) so would have to be a hiring? What would delay that? We have international games just now...?
