You don't know that at all. I find it amazing that someone would post this without having a clue what their intentions are and who they are.
What does it say?
God bless the United States of AmericaCOLLECTIVELY ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL FOOTBALL OWNERSHIPS IN THE WORLD.Let that sink in
will be one of the most financially powerful football ownerships in the world...COLLECTIVELY ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL FOOTBALL OWNERSHIPS IN THE WORLD.Let that sink in
well they do own hundreds of companies...safc wouldnt even be there only sports brand..it shows how good a job the current owners have done that they are trusted by the new people to keep running safc..You don't know that at all. Not to go too serious, but again we have to thank Ellis Short for this. In wiping the debt, he made us a serious value proposition. To get a club of our standing, largely debt free, at League One prices made us very attractive - much more so than the Mags. The current owners have done very well to wait for the best bid, but it was inevitable there'd be interest. If we'd still had millions of pounds of debt, nobody would be touching us.
Hang on- let’s not get ahead of ourselves- isn’t Amanda Stavely still interested? As if them pennyless fuckers will still be our rivals once the money lands and we're competing at the top
If this comes off the thing that I will find funniest will be the mag meltdown. It could sustain us all in laughs and giggles for many years.....
Absolutelyno less than we deserve )))
people keep saying this...not true though is it? dunno whether to be offended or not..people used to say I was him..now ive been relegated to just being his mate..
After scooting around and finding out what I can it looks like 3 of the four will be on the board with Dell as a hands off investor while SD and CM would stay on as minority shareholders but handle the day to day running of the club. Personally I'd prefer it if were being officially taken over by MSD itself as I think that offers more security and I'm not sure why it's going to be external from that. That being said 3 of the four are all billionaires within their own right so I guess you can't get much more secure anywaySo Donald and Methven are staying as shareholders and these 4 mega-rich Americans are investing? Are they going to be involved in the day-to-day running of the club? How much will they invest?
Hang on- let’s not get ahead of ourselves- isn’t Amanda Stavely still interested?
I wish I could track down that video of those two spenks singing their ode to her...
are Sky at Seaham Hall yet. These 4 blokes are rich, rich beyond imagination. If people think it will be Man city route though they are wrong - it'all about self sufficiency and growth. They will make us massive in the States. Bunch of suits in the Hilton now - anybody else see them? If this takeover happens then it is a major holy shot moment. Imagine winning Division 1 - hawayyyyyy - (yep im swept up in the moment)
Agree with all that marra, Ellis didn't have a clue what he was doing here but his heart was in it and he's still a fan of SAFC. He threw millions away trying to make us good, then did the same again to keep us alive.
He's a decent bloke who got burned badly because he knew nowt of what he was doing, just like many other rich men have in sports over the years. He has my respect regardless of current league position.
