CARLOS CLASS

The current owners have pushed this and Methven is well connected. Red Bull seem to have been genuine contenders and may well have alerted 'Dell'.
As I said, before this broke, SAFC was a fabulous opportunity for serious investors. It already had a stadium and facilities that are good enough to be tarted up and put straight back into the PL. If they've looked at our gates, during our PL era, they'd have no worries about support. If you compare all that with the likes of other 'available' clubs it just doesn't compare. I suppose the answer is 'why not Sunderland'? The support is passionate, home and away, but cause few problems and there's a well established branch set up with supporters spread all over the country.
Most of that is guesswork btw, all I've been told is what I posted previously.
And there’s more coming on Netflix! Profile of us on the US could become massive, people love a story. We could be the Rocky of “soccer”
The team is Rocky, Micky is Micky D
Where did this come from mate?
It’s been widely reported - it’s good news
You won’t need to mate. It’s happeningMore guesswork from me but I see this as a catalyst to motivate local people/business, the council, MP's, etc to invest time, money and effort.
I don't believe the Dell people will be arriving with cases full of money to throw at the area.
And it would be crass to engage in any John Hall style Geordie Nation stupidity imo. We all have an interest in our club and we'll all feel better about it if we pull together rather than just watch money being thrown at us.
Like I said earlier this is 95% guesswork 4% gossip and 1% actual info. But I feel so confident I've stuck my neck out and said this will definitely happen, the investment is serious and the plan long term.
If this all goes wrong I'll probably leave the board in shame tbh.
